Shipping
- Shipping is currently limited to the US.
- We fulfill orders within 48 hours of purchase.
- We ship orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). We ship via USPS, please see options at checkout.
- Once we ship an item, we are no longer responsible. We cannot refund or replace lost, stolen, or unretrieved confirmed deliveries.
Returns
Sometimes things just don’t work out. If you’re having a change of heart on the item you ordered, we accept returns within 14 days of the shipping date. To start the return process:
- Contact us through this form with the subject line: Return - (your order number).
- We’ll send over instructions on how to complete your return.
Once we receive and review the condition of the returned item, we'll send you an email to let you know whether your return was accepted. If your return is accepted, we’ll process your refund.
Note that return labels are at your own cost and the amount will be deducted from your refund.
Acceptable return conditions
- The item must be in its original condition and show no signs of wear or damage.
- The item must be returned in the original packaging.
If the condition of the product does not meet the acceptable criteria, your return will not be accepted.
